So yeah, I think I'm back in action. (Woo.)
The Four Corners Is a story that i've been writing for quite some time now, but never got to writing it at my userpage. Still in progress, hope you enjoy what's been finished.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CHAPTER ONE: JEFF
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jeff. Jefferson. Jeffy. Luke. Whatever you wanted to call him, he was Jeff. Tall, skinny. Handsome, as many of the ladies would say. Jeff. Dirty blonde hair. He wore a white undershirt under his black suit. Red tie. Black pants.
White socks. Average Jeff. He had good posture, stood tall. Moved fast, thought fast.
JEFF was striking some intriguing conversation with one of his aquaintences Keith. A large road sat in front of the two, a bus stop sign at their left, and a bench under their rumps. A large, blue and white painted bus drove in front of the two.
233 SOUTH WACKER DRIVE - CHICAGO
The address was placed upon the top of the front of the bus. Jeff's workplace address. The Sears tower. Illinois. United States. North America. Earth. Jeff moved into the bus and sat down once again. Keith came in as well, and sat next to him. "Another boring day," Thought Jeff.

CHAPTER TWO: JASON
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jason walked down the parkway sidewalk with a cup of coffee in one hand, a blueberry muffin in the other. The street was near empty, quite the rare site in Seattle. Oft, passersby greeted him kindly, with a jolly grin and a "good day" or so. He warmly bidded them adue, and kept on. White snow poured from the sky, covering the umbrella that Jason held with his arm.
Jason walked by a passing snow plower, who was shoveling snow from the yards of others. "Hello there, sir!" The young boy yelled. "Oh, Hello there! Good day to you!" Jason started walking off, when he heard the small, beaten voice again. "I wish it was."
"What?" Jason turned. "Is something wrong?" He said, looking at the sad face of the young man. "Not much really, but i'm running low on money. Quite often, my family has nothing to eat.." Jason walked up to the boy, pulled a twenty dollar bill from his pocket, and handed it to the young him, as well as a bite from his muffin. Jason took his hand, curled around the piece of paper, and said, "You tell your folks to have a good lunch with that." Hearing that, the boy dropped his shovel and ran off to tell his family.
Jason turned, and continued up the road, feeling quite cheerful that helped that young boy, shoveling snow for money. Before long, he found himself in the driveway of North Seattle Community College, his workplace.
To be continued.
Make a run for it, Jason. It's not worth it!
Which one is the RIGHT one? Thoughts raced through my mind, clouding my concentration. Who was i supposed to shoot? I was supposed to take out the entire gang in one shot. The Golden Bullet Gang, runners of the 2nd district, nested just in front of me. There was nothing i could do! The gang leader seemed like the best choice, but then i would have to find a perfect route to escape. It seemed good enough, because there was very little time until They found me. I hid in a dark, shrouded alley, diguised by multiple barrels, the contents of which i was unaware of.
Here goes.. I took one shot. The last one. It missed the leader completely. I hesitated too much! I couldn't think about that now, though. I turned around and ran for my life. Right after i took the first turn, A huge explosion erupted from the silence - Apparently My bullet had torn through the barrels.. Full of flammable liquid. An orange glow birghtened the dark streets. I would've been blinded if i wasn't facing the other way.. And running like hell... My jacket caught fire. I threw my pistol away, tore my jacket off, And slammed through the library door. "Come on! Where's the old way in!" I kicked over multiple bookcases before I heard footsteps. The door exploded in - Shrapnel flew everywhere, smacked me in the face, burnt my uncovered body. I dived behind the counter to avoid most of it. More footsteps. A cocking of a gun.
Gunshot.
Blood.
"AH! CRAP!" I screamed, slamming my fist against the counter. The man shot me in the hand.. Which i used to whack him in the face. Another gang member grabbed him, pulled his gun up, and started to shoot. Survivors, I supposed - But i wasn't worried about that. I grabbed his gun, kicked him down on the ground, shot his friend, and raised the gun up.
I heard a sudden noise - the passageway! It was hidden under the counter, which got knocked under during the battle. I nearly feel through the hatch when i found it.
Grabbing one of the book cases That i had knocked over, I slowly dragged it over to the hatch, Jumped inside, and covered up the hole with the bookcase. I closed the hatch, put the lock code in, and shot the pad to keep them occupied a little longer. This tunnel brought back some serious memories.. And smelled horrible. The stench of rotting flesh hung in the air. Dead bodies.. Or what was left of them, were placed all over the place; Blood smears on the wall.. I started to hear more sounds from the entrance point - More survivors. I decided to save the examination for later, and continue forward.
I started running faster and faster with the sound of every gunshot that rung through the tuunels. A smash, a cling, and louder noises. They had gotten in. It seemed like forever until the village, so I took a quick right and his in a small, conveniently carved ditch in the wall. Hopefully they wouldn't notce me and move on. I reached for a grenade - A perfect distraction; Although there was only one problem.
My jacket! I had torn it off when i first got out of that alley - My tools were all gone! "Crap!" I said out loud.. A little too loud. The nearby gang members heard this.. And stopped moving. I could hear slight bangs on the wall. They started an all-out search for me. I had to do something drastic. I threw my gun (Apparently an SMG upon further expection) out into the open - as fr away from my current spot as possible. Of course, they were all attracted to the noise - They all flocked to the gun. One of the picked it up, examining it. I rushed up behind him, Kicked him in the back, smashed his head in; I grabbed my gun, and his. I closed my eyes, held both triggers down. I must've gone through at least three clips before i opened my eyes again.
Blood. Simply that - Blood. Smeared all over the wall. Bodies.. More of them. Nobody was left alive except for me. Since i had plenty of time.. And ammo, I searched through the dead bodies and found a few items to my liking: Ammo, New belt, Bulletproof vest, New jacket. I especiallt liked one thing about the jacket - It had multiple grenade pockets, extra ammo packed inside, and a variety of other things.. A utility jacket maybe?
I also found multiple weapons too. A sawed-off shotgun, two more SMGs, More grenades, a sniper rifle.. And some sort of green ball. It was squishy, inky.. And probably deadly. I put it a grenade pocket and moved on.
I continued up the path, finding many other dead and wounded bodies along the way. Imperial soldiers from the war lay scattered among the path, as well as multiple rebels. More weapons were across the way too. I kept my shotgun at hand incase something else found me.
The gate - No longer flourishing and blue, like it once was; It had become rusted, unguarded. I kicked it in no problem. Walking inside, instantly gunfire erupted from the streets. My jacket pretty much told everyone that I was part of the Golden Bullet.. I tried to keep my profile low.
The city had become a huge slum. Fires in barrels, rotting buildings, everything was shutting down. I hope that Jay was still here.
Aztek. He was the new guy in the route. He had beaten everyone in his hometown - A big dog. He though he was everything. And one thing i knew - I was going to be the one to beat him. A one on one circuit by his request - A straight jump to the top. And i was going to beat him. Not beat him. KILL him. I had everything ready - guns, motor, everything. I studied the track for as long as i could. I wanted to know the track. Befriend the track. Become part of the track. I planned - I knew, that Aztek was good. I knew he would be the best if i wouldn't stop him. I was going to make sure he left the track in a body bag. And i would do it this very race.
The trees outside glistened in the beautiful shining sun. The sky was flawless, without a cloud in sight. The perfect weather to go swimming in. The regular's lounge had just recently been equipped with a new swimming pool (And Plasma TV, totally FTW) and I'm sure everyone was already there.
This kind of thing would always remind me of Noob Alley, my old apartment complex a year back. I wrote horribly, un-thought out posts and could never imagine a life like this. I quickly changed, then sat down and ate some Cheerios before leaving. Can't swim on an empty stomach!
The NG BBS was starting out a new day. The noobs hadn't rushed in JUST yet, so the other regs and mods could have some intelligent discussion. I talked to a few friends before i left the forums.
It was raining outside.. Funny how the weather could change so quickly in Newgrounds. There was a lot of commotiong going on suddenly. What was going on?
So anyway, i'm gonna be liek, givin yoo folkz nooz n stuffs.
Oh and BTW be expected the return of the Everyday Adventure soon :3
Well, there's always been a very... You would say "Hot" girl in my class, named Christie, but everyone called her Snow. She is beautiful. I never had the guts to ask her out, but we did know each other. I started talking to her.. ALOT more recently. I tried not to flirt with her, but i couldn't help it.. I did every once and a while. At points, i would have to make an excuse to get away, since i was starting to get a boner or something else. I knew i loved her, and i HAD to ask her out. Soon. The amazing feel of a kiss had gotten too far away. So, i was hanging out at her apartment, just hanging out, playing some videogames with her... Friend stuff. We were both completely alone for the day, since her parents were out of town. Her cousin lived in the apartment two stories below her, so her parents thought it would be fine to leave her for a little. She was starting to get closer to me than ever now, and i knew it was the time to ask her out.
I sat down on the couch, right next to her. RIGHT next to her. I talked to her a little, and then i made my move. "Hey.. Snow? I just wanted to ask you something." I started to very slowly move my head towards her. "Yeah? What is it? You look worried about something." "I just wanted to ask you.." Moving my head in even closer and closer. "Do you want to.. go.." I hesitated for a second, before blurting it out. "Go get some coffee at the Barnie's This saturday?" "YES! YES i will!" She screamed at me before she jumped on me. She latched on to me, and shoved her tongue into my mouth. At first i resisted it, i was so suprised. But then i realized what was happening, and accepted it. She continued to kiss me and kiss.. And she pushed me down, so now she was laying on me. I pulled her down on me, and she kept kissing me.. And didn't stop.
It felt like hours before we stopped. I got up and looked at the cable box, and the whole thing lasted about four minutes. I turned the TV on and we just started to watch some shows.. But she started eyeing me again.
After the whole thing blew over, we both ended up sleeping on the couch, just hugging each other. (And no, not what you're thinking. Just both of us sleeping on the couch. And it's a big couch.)
We woke up after a few hours, and it was still 7:00. I got up and walked to the door to go home, before she stopped me again.. Hugging me. "I love you, i'll be back over tomorrow."
And yes, with my mom's new, later job and her parent's being out of town, i'm going to be able to come back over for three more days. Things are really starting to look up.
